I live outside the US. Do I have to pay customs fees?
If you live outside the United States, custom and tariff fees may apply according to your country's import laws. These fees are not collected by this company, and this company does not have control of these fees.
If you purchased a product and there is any defect, contact our support to begin the return within one year of the invoice generated date. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
If you are elected to return the product directly to Vodo, the following procedures must be followed:
Contact Vodo at email@example.com for a return authorization number, and specific return and shipping instructions which will include but may not be limited to properly packing the product in the original carton for shipping.
Packages without a return authorization number will be refused.
To obtain a refund for physical product(s) purchased online, you will need to contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund.
If you purchased a product on our website and feel that it just isn't right for you, contact our support at email@example.com to begin the return within 14 days of the invoice generated date. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping.
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).
Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment. Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.
